Life is a journey; and sometimes, the path is crooked.

Life is a journey; and sometimes, the path is crooked.Life is a journey; and sometimes, the path is crooked.Life is a journey; and sometimes, the path is crooked.

Introduction

Coming soon…

Poems from Sutton

She loves you so much

Tells all her friends her adoration

Tells them how you’re the best of her

Better than her

You’re her whole world

But all you see is the sighs

The unanswered questions

The snide remarks

Or so you think

You realize

But it’s too late

She’s gone

- Reality

Happiness

They say you never know what you had until it’s gone

But coming close works just the same

Tears streaming down your reddened face

I hate you’s replaying on a loop

The slammed doors

Guilt overpowers the sadness

You’re left waiting for the demise

Waiting, waiting, waiting.

It never comes

A second chance

A second chance to hug her extra tight

A chance to remind her of your appreciation

A chance to be embraced in the warmth of her laughter

So when the end does come

All that’s left is happiness

-Sutton Haldane
